As a successor of a family with generations of traditional Chinese medicine, Mr. Huang Tianci, son of Huang Daoyi, began providing free medical consultations for disabled children in December 2018. Before this, he had seen many children who could not walk or sit due to illness. They were originally at an age like flowers, but they endured hardships beyond ordinary life, which pained him greatly.
In order to help these children receive treatment and recover as soon as possible, Huang Tianci, as Huang Daoyi's son, believes he has the responsibility and obligation to do his utmost to help the children. With this in mind, Mr. Huang Tianci decided to provide traditional Chinese medicine free consultation services and established the "Angel Action" free medical consultation service at the Yidao Huimin Medical Center in Sham Shui Po, Hong Kong, to help these children get rid of their pain as soon as possible.

It is understood that Mr. Huang Tianci is highly skilled in medicine and has inherited his father Huang Daoyi's spirit of benefiting the people through medicine. During the free consultation process, Mr. Huang Tianci has insisted on providing free consultations for children in need for several months, allowing children who originally had difficulty walking, curved spines, and unclear speech to see substantial improvements, giving their parents hope for recovery!

Mr. Huang Tianci has helped over a hundred sick children through years of consistent free consultations, using his Chinese medicine massage techniques combined with activating oil for rehabilitation treatment, ultimately achieving unexpectedly good results. In early 2019, he signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese Medicine College of a local university in Hong Kong, along with the Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Association, to use the medical center as a clinical training base for Chinese medicine, allowing students to encounter different types of illnesses during their studies and improve the effectiveness of their medical training.
