Professor Huang Tianci, a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, is a disciple of his father Huang Daoyi. His father opened a herbal tea shop in Sham Shui Po in the 1950s and founded "Yiji Eight Treasure Tea."
With the economic transformation of Hong Kong in the 1960s, Mr. Wong Tao-yik established the "Chinese Medicine Hall" at its original site, embodying the spirit of self-improvement and mutual assistance under Lion Rock, to address the "pain" issues of the residents in Sham Shui Po. He then pioneered a remedy for the common people - "Wong Tao-yik's Active Oil."
Professor Huang Tianci continues his father's philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine, placing great importance on listening to patients' needs and is dedicated to promoting the concept of treating diseases before they occur in traditional Chinese medicine.
Huang Tianci is not only the son of Huang Daoyi, but also the founder of the "Jianluotong" brand, the honorary chairman of the Yang Style Tai Chi Association, and a registered traditional Chinese medicine practitioner.
With a professional background in the medical field, he has become a well-known traditional Chinese medicine expert in Hong Kong, dedicated to providing high-quality traditional Chinese medicine pain relief products and education, helping patients with self-care and promoting physical and mental health.
In order to meet patient needs and attract a younger audience, Huang Tianci founded Jianluotong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He integrated the experience of traditional Chinese medicine and the core value of "relieving muscles and activating meridians" into the products, and it is this concept that gives the "Jianluotong" products their unique name.
Since its establishment in 1999, Jianluotong Pharmaceutical has become a well-known medicinal oil brand in Hong Kong, integrating the concepts of massage and medicinal oils to provide comprehensive health care solutions for people.
Educating patients on how to use the patented magnetic bead massage head design, as well as how to use simple massage techniques at home to identify the root of their pain. The therapy features first identifying the key points of deep pain, followed by targeted massage. This treatment method has been passed down to this day.
Huang Tianci also designed the "Yidian Ning Qingliang" and "Canghong Ning" medicinal oils for targeted massage, which have won design awards in the country. Most importantly, this helps patients to identify the hidden sources of pain in their joints early, aiming to prevent pain flare-ups and stop minor ailments from developing into major illnesses.
